If for any reason you need to return merchandise purchased from PCC be sure to first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Don’t worry if you have a problem we’ll do our best to fix it!


Return and Warranty

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with all parts purchased from PCC. If you are not satisfied, notify PCC in writing within ten days and request a Return Authorization number. Sales for parts quoted as our stock are final after 10-days, except in the case of non-conformance. Special order items, including OEM excess stock, may not be canceled, or returned, except in the case of non-conformance subject to the New Jersey Commercial Code.

Non Conforming Product
Any product that is determined to be defective, or in any other way does not conform to this quotation, may be returned after notifying PCC in writing during the first 30-days and receiving a Return Authorization Number. Product with defects that would be reasonable to go unnoticed for a longer period of time, may be returned during a reasonable period of time that is not greater than six months. In such case, PCC will refund the price you paid, or to replace the product, at PCC’s option. Your acceptance of this product certifies your acceptance of these terms of sale.

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT PCC IS A DISTRIBUTOR AND DOES NOT MANUFACTURER ANY COMPONENTS. YOU WILL NOT HOLD PCC LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES YOU OR YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DUE TO THE USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM PCC.

In order to receive authorization to return material to PCC you must first submit a Return Authorization (RA) form and receive an RA Number.

If you receive an RA number and then decide not to return the merchandise for any reason, you do not need to call PCC as all RA Numbers expire 30 days after issuance.

Material returned to PCC without a valid RA Number will be refused and returned to the sender.
